Even though I was born in India as a Princess, and my ancestors were Indian Royals living in Palaces stolen on ships, ideally I would like to put India back to where she was 1000 years ago and return all the White marble buildings like St Pauls Cathedral, Buckingham Palace and the Whitehouse stolen by the Pirates....

In today's least surprising news,it would appear that as a result of her harassing the LB Redbridge CEO's assistant, Neelu has been referred to the mental health service who are concerned about her mental health.

Naturally she doesn't want to "contract with them" but I suspect she is about to discover that it doesn't work like that.

I think the law says "risk of harm to..." without actually specifying what the harm is or isn't.

If you are a manic-depressive who is in an manic fugue and determined to sell your house to fund The Loch Ness Whale Farming Company* you are arguably at risk of serious financial harm which would probably be sufficient on its own without relying on it being evidence of a general lack of ability to make decisions in your own interests.

Ultimately I suppose it would be for the courts to decide if a particular harm was covered by the MHA or not.

On 27th June 2019 the Justice Perversion Sentence Hearing got an Imprisonment Sentence that after deduction of the Remand Period is said to have left 29 Months to serve.

And secondly who had a civil judgement against them on the 10th (or maybe 11th or 15th) of July, for £392,266?

They committed the Remedy Trial Frauds and made a £392,266 Damage Assessment + Costs Order.

Whilst I appreciate the peripheral financial damage and irritation Neelu leaves in her wake I quite like living in a country that won't, or at least can't afford to, lock away in a mental institution anyone deemed to be not normal.

This is a widely applied sanction against "enemis of the state" in many oppressive regeimes around the world. In fact it's almost a hallmark of a police state.

The shame of it is that there's no money to help Neelu pull up from her steep dive into financial oblivion in a more productive and humane way than committing her. Sadly I worry that she may be in too deep to avoid some kind of forced treatment that will likely include incarceration with little prospect of rehabilitation.

I am concerned this will be an "after the event" action if it is found there is a connection between her and EWE not getting treatment and subsequently dying prematurely.
