Saw this on an unrelated group from one of M O'B's followers. Or former follower I guess. I don't remember him jumping on the lien bandwagon, but I guess that's not surprising as he's tried to ride every other whacko fantasy. She doesn't system what led to the possession order, but I presume she stopped paying her mortgage.

I followed Michael O’Bernicia by doing the lien and I was told that the liens would be paying out 2 years ago long before my case would get to court, but they still haven’t paid out!
When my bank got a possession order on my house I was told that it should be expected that it would get to that stage. I should have been told that initially and I probably wouldn’t have done it had I been given all the info because I was then in the position of being made homeless which isn’t the best position to be in as a pensioner.
Fortunately I put my house on market and it sold for full asking price within a week so bank didn’t get their grimy hands on it but they still tried to pull stunts that would allow them to get eviction date. I was one step ahead and now the account is settled. Cost me £44k in solicitor fees.
Apparently there is a committal hearing for Michael Waugh aka Michael O’Bernicia and he seems to be trying to amass some funds by emailing people he knows to pay him money when he supposedly was given a blank cheque by the bank he challenged and has millions. Wonder where it has all gone!! Maybe he needs funds to do a runner?"

That must be the banks costs, run up by the crap she kept firing at them. Most mortgages allow the lender to just add their costs onto the mortgage balance, no court order needed for that.

When I sold my house twenty years ago the solicitor's bill was nearer £400. How the hell did she run it up that high?

The Great Man™ is back in the harness and taking on the might of the United Nations...
For the purposes of making a challenge to the whole Climate-Crap narrative, in accordance with the UCT Treaty’s Aims and Objectives, Carlo Weeks has been appointed as UCT Climate Change Ambassador and he has already engaged all the major players involved in peddling the international scam in an administrative process, which will terminate with Perfected Liens over the personal property of the individuals concerned.

Following the failure of the parties to respond appropriately to the Notice of Conditional Acceptance and the Notice of Opportunity To Cure, a Notice of Default was duly served.
It seems to be some variation on the ridiculous chemtrail doomsday cult.
Material and substantive evidence, not mere hearsay or professional opinion, of a primary publication and/or a primary specialist peer reviewed paper that evidences Black Carbon, Calcium, Graphene, Sulphur Dioxide, Aluminium, Barium, and other aerosolised particulates from aircraft emissions discharged into the stratosphere, do not cause a whitening of the sky that reflects heat away from the earth and that the effects are not cumulative and persistent

Email from O'Bonkers 10th October 2024: Crackpot past coming home to roost judging by the details in this email :

Warm Salutations.

I trust this newsletter finds you and yours happy and well.

First and foremost, heartfelt thanks go out to everybody who was able to throw a tip in the jar to assist me a couple of months ago, without which The Bernician domains and everything that goes with them would have gone dark in September.

However, with the generous financial assistance I received it was possible to keep all my platforms online, complete with my extensive library of essential multimedia content that is still free for everybody to download. But only just.

Homelessness, Haunting Memories & Humbling Support

Having been rendered homeless last September, I was also left with no place to work during one of the busiest periods of my already hectic life, after my world was turned upside down by the unlawful seizure of my daughter.

Sadly, I had no choice but to bear the significant costs of fighting a painful [and ongoing] custody battle with my ex-common-law-wife of sixteen years. This naturally included providing a decent place to live for my daughter upon our reunion.

Otherwise, the restoration of custody would have been significantly jeopardized, in the event I had no place acceptable to my often cruel and remorseless adversaries, hell-bent on my destruction, whom I can't name without risking false arrest for daring to speak the truth about the crimes committed against my beloved daughter and I.

Nevertheless, it has to be said that whilst the support I have been shown by so many thousands of people over the years has been truly humbling, to say I have been deeply moved beyond words by the generosity, loyalty and love I have received during the most difficult period of my life is an understatement.

Around forty thousand pounds was raised in a little under three days, following my cry for help last September. My immediate reaction was to try to engage a top family law KC to argue my case, as I was too emotionally distraught to do it myself at that time.

But three KC's clerks at the three best chambers in the north east of England tuned the case down, claiming they were all 'conflicted', causing me to think that my adversaries may have engaged them all before I approached them for that very purpose.

Senior Legal Advisor Retained

Despite defamatory outbursts on social media to the contrary, this led to the retaining of a senior legal adviser with decades worth of experience guiding fathers through dealing with false allegations in the family court and going on to restore custody of the children they were wrongly separated from, for one very simple but unimpeachable reason:

Because they always placed the best interests of their offspring first, which is demonstrably what I have done since the day I was told my daughter had been conceived by her mother.

However, such is my legal adviser's horror at how badly I have been persecuted by the 'secret state', in an obvious attempt to destroy me and All Things UCT, as well as to derail the TGBMS Class Actions against the banks; he has committed to see the case through to the end without charging additional legal costs.

In other words, running the case to restore contact with and custody of my daughter with a fulltime legal advisor on a retainer has not and will not incur a penny more than I have already paid from the funds raised last Autumn, all of which has been used to pay the entailed costs of fighting the most important legal battle of my life.

The Storm Before The Calm

Whilst I am technically injuncted [by void and Draconian court order] from talking publicly about anything which happened to the UCT Ninja after 6:40pm on the 13th of September 2023, there is no purported bar on me disclosing these undeniable facts relating to events that transpired outside of the 'private court' proceedings which followed.

1. From September 2023 to July 2024, there was a concerted effort by the purported local authority in the city of my birth to have me committed to prison for contempt of a 'private court'.

2. Three separate applications were either withdrawn or dismissed when I removed the blog posts which my accusers alleged to be in contempt of court, merely for talking about my own flesh and blood and sending her messages within those posts, after becoming the first parent in legal history to have a no contact order imposed upon them for any length of time, without a shred of evidence warranting a criminal investigation or justifying a serious conviction.

3. Despite being threatened with arrest, questioning under caution and being promised a police investigation into non-existent evidence that I was a 'coercive force', who posed such an immediate risk of 'significant harm' to my family that my daughter was placed under emergency Police Protective Powers for 72 hours; no such arrest, questioning or investigation subsequently took place.

Yet, as of tomorrow, it's been thirteen calendar months since I had any contact with the much-missed UCT Ninja, for what in truth amounts to nothing less than raising a wonderful, unregistered, home-educated, unvaccinated, highly intelligent, kind and compassionate young woman, who was already a role model in three martial arts and world champion three times over, when people who know not either of us imposed this unnatural and unlawful separation upon us, in major part to prevent us from inspiring a generation of parents to bring their children up the UCT way.

4. Twenty minutes after the last time I had sight of her, I received a phone call from a man who is now strongly suspected of being an MI5 or Special Branch agent [Traitor #1], who has been working with a strongly suspected MI6 asset [Traitor #2] with seemingly identical modus operandi.

5. During the call, Traitor #1 said that Traitor #2 told him all about what had happened and confirmed that MI6 had been trying to find a way to stop the launch of the credit-based system because they know how unstoppable UCT will immediately become when nobody within our communities has to slave for a living or pay tax ever again.

6. This was intended to make me believe, whilst I was still consumed by a sense of complete shock at what had already happened at the time, that the traitors would not have disclosed this information if they were really working for those deceitful entities. Well it turned out that the opposite was the case.

7. It is alleged by three eye witnesses that those two men went on to conspire to commit fraud against everybody within UCT by sabotaging a deal which had already been agreed with a UK based private bank, which had pledged to assist in the achievement of UCT's 12 Aims and Objectives by taking deposit of our first tranche of liens, for the purposes of creating a £17 billion line of credit, which would have been used to acquire the UCT banking facilities and begin the roll-out of the credit based system for the benefit of the entirety of the Earth.

8. To exacerbate matters, albeit when they had unknowingly failed to derail the credit creating progress with other banking facilities, four eye witnesses submitted testimony alleging that the two traitors had fraudulently attempted to deposit at least six liens from UCT Treasury's tranche with a bank in Lichtenstein, spuriously claiming that I had granted them the rights to do so, when neither of them had communicated with me in months, despite my attempts to contact Traitor #1 in the first week of October 2023.

9. Meanwhile, to prevent me from being able to provide a suitable family home for my daughter to come back to, when I left the home we shared of my own volition to avert immediate allegations that we were colluding to prevent a care order being issued, my daughter's mother denied me my worldly possession for nine months, forcing me to buy replacements I didn't need and could barely afford.

Those possessions should have been used last Autumn to furnish the flat I rented briefly, after spending two months homeless and unable to work. This greatly increased the expenses I incurred through no fault of my own.

10. Then, when she finally gave back my property, I was forced to pay for the expensive costs of storage, which will continue until I am able to acquire some land to call my own, build upon it and grant it into private trust for the benefit of my family.

UCT Credit Based Exchange Mechanism

Thankfully, UCT's new Credit Based Exchange Mechanism is expected to end the testing phase before the end of this year, by which time it is anticipated that all UCT community members will be able to exchange their UCT currencies for cash of pretty much any denomination, via a series of lawful exchanges within our own jurisdiction.

As I have previously alluded to, this will enable me to generously reward all those who have supported my work since the launch of this blog, with an equally generous gift of credit based currency you will be able to spend in the usual ways.

It will also enable many UCT community members, including myself, to acquire land and build new family homes to replace those we have lost, many of us whilst fighting for justice in the rigged courts and out on the streets resisting unlawful, often violent, evictions.

Help Ease The Financial Burden

Nevertheless, despite the dawn of unlimited credit on the near horizon, due to the enormous burden of costs I have incurred over the past thirteen months, in the event I don't manage to raise enough in donations within the next week or so, I will be forced to put at least some of my work behind a subscriber paywall next month, when I will be faced with a choice between doing that or letting all my sites go offline soon afterwards.

Throw A Tip In The Jar

In kindly making a donation at the link above, you will be helping keep this platform’s eclectic library of multimedia content paywall free, whilst all donations, large and small, are always equally appreciated.

So if you are in a position to do so, please throw a tip in the jar to show your appreciation for everything I already have given and hope to continue giving away freely for the benefit of all who need it.

Just as I have done since I raised my head above the parapet in September 2008, when I revoked my consent to be governed by criminals, about which you can read here.

Alternatively, you can also show your support by taking part in the very first presentation of The Art of War Webinar, scheduled to happen tomorrow night from 7:00pm on Jitsi Meet, tickets for which can be booked at the link below:

Book Tickets For The Art of War Webinar

Last Word

Finally, whatever else you take away from this comprehensively damning indictment of a system that is broken way beyond repair, please metaphorically tattoo this on the inside of your eyelids:

If you really want to know the truth, simply invert everything you are being told by any and all agents of the tyrannical state, in whichever form they come.

Until next time, lots of love from Bernicia.

I'd give that about as much credence as his delusional bollocks about MI5 / MI6. As best as I can tell he has as near no followers as makes any difference.

He's living in a delusional fantasy land.

I notice there's a significant difference between the tales he was telling when his 'domestic difficulties' began and the version he's telling now.

Hang on a second. He got £40K from the marks a year ago, and it all went to his 'legal expert'? Could it possibly be that the scammer has been scammed?

I do like his idea that in order to act children's services require a criminal conviction first.

Ah, bless! :snicker:

And if he thinks that the deep state and the security services are ganging up against him... wait until he buys his plot of land and tries building homes on it without first obtaining planning permission. :beatinghorse:

Another reference about him on an unrelated platform. I didn't twig at the time that he was charging for his GBMS scam, but it's not a surprise. Nor that he went back on his promises. I don't know where the poster got the idea aM of B had been "paid off" (by who?) to the tune of £50 million.
I got linked up to him... on FB about 4 years ago. He had a 'great-sounding' scheme (mortgage compensation) but each time I very nearly wanted to reveal to him my private mortgage details, a 'hunch / intuitive caution / hesitation' kicked in and I stopped. One year ago I found out from several people who'd paid him/send their docs to him, that he "disappeared suddenly" after taking the mass Mortgage Fraud complaints Evidence to the Justice Minister / Chief Crime Commissioner / Police. Nobody got 'compensated' for their mortgage frauds as he'd promised. Many suspected he'd got "paid off" (£50 million) as part of a deal that also forced him to sign an NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) to bury the Evidence. He's now got a bad reputation. People don't trust him anymore.

A mark's a mark for a' that. He might not believe in Mr Waugh any more, but he still wants to believe that there's a magic cure to mortgages and "they" are covering it up.
