Just remember that on Warner and Menner, there are questions.

Menner claims to have used CtC, but Hendrickson claims that Menner did not, or that Menner didn't do it "right." Who knows.......

Warner claims to have used CtC, since Warner sent his refund check to Hendrickson. Hendrickson posted the refund check on the losthorizons web site as a CtC "victory," so Hendrickson is obviously deemed to be claiming that Warner used CtC. But as I recall, it hasn't been established for sure that Warner actually used CtC.

Gregg, I am not a shill for the illuminati. I am a little traumatized, which accounts for my quirky sense of humor.

I believe we are all have a common ground in the future of America, even those who deny a stake in its future, that if anarchy prevails, no one will be safe--virtually every plebiscitary revolution has resulted in unpredictable results. The balance between government and individual rights is a hard one. If you are a free market, lew rockwell, anti-government sort, you might want to check out gary north's site for practical advice.

All of the political arguments that are being made now, were debated in previous decades far more rigorously. There is a reason the current legal system developed slowly and methodically, and why the highest court has rejected frivolous arguments and legal theories. Not because there is a conspiracy of any sort, but because they are generally making necessary compromises. Personally, I would like to see most of the smut peddlers prosecuted vigorously and internet porn censored in the US as India has done, I hope we will all see that day.
