It looks like his end of the conversation was filmed with a webcam and he was making eye contact with his screen, not the camera and I really wish that was the only reason he gives off something like a Charley Manson vibe.

The linked message about his being vexed by the cops at Toms River, NJ, is dated in March 2010 - and leads to related messages of the same month -- but no follow-up on the event.
As it involved the NJ Dept of Youth & Family Services it probably has some element of confidentiality. Does anyone know the real story?

I think he's fried and has decided to redesign reality. It's irrefutable! Meaning no other opinion matters, only his. Isn't the ability to listen to other opinions and discuss them part of what defines communication and therefore social structure? But this Sovrun would be furious if he awoke to a world without free education, roads, welfare. I'm sure he could grow his own cannabis, but I doubt he could provide his own family with the basics.

The rest of the story is quite telling (and sad), once you filter out the static. Their bus was pulled over, their daughter taken into custody, I presume by Child Services. But don't you worry, the mighty sovereigns has everything under complete control.

From the above link, in describing and enumerating the predations of DYFS against their young princess we find the following:

Apparently, she has been fed processed macaroni and cheese for at least two dinners consecutively.
These are felonies.

Speaking as someone who went through school dining at least three nights a week on mixture of generic mac-n-cheeze, tuna and peas, I'm afraid I have to agree with them on this one. That being said why do I suspect that their sovereign definition of "Kosher" would be every bit as recognizable to a Rabbi as their definition of "Constitutional" is to the Supreme Court? "Thou shalt not eat processed foods, unlest it tis a Dorito and thou hast the munchies."

I think the felonies lies in having two dinners consecutively. Usually, there's a breakfast, lunch, and a snack between those two dinners.
